Internal Communication Specialist (f/m/d)

About the role

You will partner with senior stakeholders in the Gas Services division to shape leadership messaging and develop clear storylines for strategic, operational and transformation initiatives. Working in an international environment, you will translate complex topics into concise, impactful communications that support change and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Craft leadership and executive communications for Gas Services, ensuring clear and impactful messaging for senior stakeholders.
• Develop, structure, and refine strategic, operational and transformation‑related content and storylines.
• Translate complex technical topics into audience‑specific messages with a strong focus on tone, context and impact.
• Independently manage communication projects in a global setting, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal communication, storytelling formats, and change‑management initiatives.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to challenge, improve and enhance communication outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, structuring and storytelling abilities.
• Confidence and professionalism when working with senior stakeholders in a diverse, international environment.
• Structured, independent, reliable work style with strong ownership.
• Curiosity and quick learning ability to adapt communication to new topics and audiences.
