About the role

Universal Telecom FZCO is seeking a skilled technician to join its Dubai repair team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring iPhone devices, with a primary focus on glass replacement and hardware maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform iPhone glass replacement and screen repair, including cutting, cleaning, frame preparation, and pressing.
• Replace backlight units when required.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile hardware issues.
• Disassemble and reassemble iPhone devices safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high‑quality repair standards and accurate workmanship.
• Keep the repair workspace clean, organized, and safe.

Required profile

• Proven experience in iPhone glass and screen repair.
• Strong knowledge of mobile hardware troubleshooting.
