IT Support Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to join Kazamer Tax Consultant’s technical team in Dubai. The role will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, providing reliable support to staff and maintaining a secure, efficient technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other office IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Monitor network performance and maintain system stability.
• Manage user accounts, email systems and access permissions.
• Perform regular data backups and oversee antivirus protection.
• Maintain IT documentation, support logs and asset records.
• Assist with software updates, system maintenance and technology upgrades.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialised support and maintenance services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking concepts.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems and cloud‑based platforms is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
