Licensed Arabic Pharmacist – E‑commerce Experience

About the role

We are looking for a licensed Arabic‑speaking pharmacist to support Dune Pharmacy’s growing online channel. The role combines traditional retail pharmacy duties with the management of digital orders and delivery services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle dispensing and patient counseling in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Manage online sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with delivery aggregators such as Talabat, InstaShop and Deliveroo to schedule and track deliveries.
• Maintain inventory levels for both in‑store and e‑commerce channels.
• Provide excellent customer service across phone, email and in‑person interactions.

Required profile

• Valid UAE pharmacy license (MOH, DHA or HAAD) or eligibility letter.
• 2–5 years of retail pharmacy experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience in pharmacy e‑commerce and online order management.
• Familiarity with major delivery aggregator platforms.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
