Loading & Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Loading & Support Agent to join our tourism team. The role bridges our loading and contracting departments, ensuring smooth communication with strategic hotel partners and supporting revenue management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with loading and contracting teams.
• Act as the primary contact between the contracting team and hotel partners.
• Assist with Yield Management and Revenue Management tasks.
• Participate in hotel reallocation for issued bookings.
• Load rates into the company system, meet deadlines, and track issues.
• Optimize and manage contracted conditions, including Stop Sales and offers.
• Activate contracts according to group strategy.
• Provide feedback to improve internal tools and workflow.

Required profile

• Higher education certificate or bachelor’s degree in tourism or business.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role or within the tourism industry.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency at B2 level and Turkish language skills; additional languages are a plus.
