Managing Consultant – Endur Functional

About the role

capSpire is expanding its ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and seeks an experienced Managing Consultant to lead Endur implementations and upgrades across commodity and energy markets in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services for Endur upgrades or implementations covering Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG, Agriculture, and Crude & Refined Products.
• Act as the functional subject‑matter expert for Endur, covering both physical products and derivatives.
• Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and drive change management.
• Lead functional implementation activities including design, configuration, functional testing, and transition to operations.
• Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans, and results.
• Work with technical teams to create customisations that meet client‑specific needs.
• Apply appropriate resourcing techniques and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Managing Consultant on Endur or similar ETRM/CTRM systems.
• Deep knowledge of commodity and energy markets, trading, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
