Medical Value Partner

About the role

The Medical Value Partner joins Roche’s Medical function to ensure scientific and medical activities maximize the impact of our pipeline and portfolio. Working primarily in the field, you will act as a trusted scientific advisor, shaping medical practice and fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, non‑promotional scientific education and exchanges to external customers.
• Collect, analyse, and translate scientific and clinical insights into actionable recommendations for the team.
• Support internal scientific training and develop continuing medical education programmes for external stakeholders.
• Integrate medical activities into data‑driven, omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Ensure all activities comply with corporate policies, local regulations, GCP and GVP standards.

Required profile

• Strong therapeutic area expertise and scientific knowledge relevant to the disease area.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with external experts and key opinion leaders.
• Proactive, field‑focused mindset with at least 70% time spent outside the office.

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) awareness.
• Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) awareness.
