Mid-level QA Engineer – eCommerce Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-level QA Engineer to own quality across multiple high‑scale eCommerce platforms for a leading retail group in the UAE. You will work on web and mobile applications that integrate payment gateways, loyalty programs, and logistics, all within a cloud‑based ecosystem linked to SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, combining manual and automated approaches.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Oversee integration testing for ERP, payment, logistics, and loyalty systems.
• Execute functional and regression testing across 20+ solutions in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in QA, preferably within eCommerce ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
