Product Specialist – Orthodontic Solutions (GCC & North Africa)

About the role

The Product Specialist will accelerate growth and adoption of Ormco’s Fixed Appliances portfolio (wires & brackets) and Spark Clear Aligners across the GCC and North Africa region. This role blends deep product and clinical knowledge with strong commercial execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market penetration of Ormco wires, brackets, and Spark Aligners within the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead validation to product delivery, coordinating with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, key decision‑makers and channel partners, providing product education and clinical support.
• Monitor competitive products, market trends and clinical evidence in collaboration with the clinical and education teams.
• Support onboarding of Spark Aligners customers and ensure ongoing case success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in dental or orthodontic product sales within the Middle East and Africa region.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving territory sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with orthodontic professionals.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations and clinical teams.
