Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote Hikma’s pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors and healthcare professionals across the UAE, aiming to meet sales targets while monitoring market competition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily visits to healthcare professionals to present assigned products and convey company messaging.
• Assess patient and physician needs to position product benefits effectively.
• Utilise selling techniques and cost‑benefit analysis to communicate value propositions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date disease and product knowledge within the assigned therapeutic area.
• Organise and deliver conferences, lectures, and product presentations.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market data, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, including business intelligence, market surveys, and competitor analyses.
• Enter accurate sales data into the CRM system daily for supervisory review.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies while managing resources responsibly.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in oncology or immunology.
• Prior experience in the UAE market; GCC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, initiative, planning, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
