Project Director – Aviation & Data Centre Projects

About the role

Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead aviation and data‑centre projects in Al Ain, UAE. You will be responsible for defining, planning and delivering complex projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project delivery plans, schedules and control mechanisms.
• Lead the project team, manage performance and coordinate Currie & Brown resources.
• Produce and monitor budgets, track variances and implement corrective actions.
• Review and improve project processes using industry best practices.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to senior management and propose mitigation strategies.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.
• Ensure project delivery complies with contractual and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading data‑centre projects and aviation‑related initiatives.
• Project management professional certification or accreditation.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership capabilities and commercial acumen.
• Experience across pre‑contract and post‑contract phases.

Required skills

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong contract administration expertise.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
