Recruitment Researcher Internship – Global Recruitment Firm

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to recruitment research within a leading global staffing organisation. You will work closely with managers and directors to source, assess and present candidates for a variety of roles across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Gather job briefs from senior stakeholders and ask probing questions to define candidate profiles.
• Conduct market mapping and produce high‑level information packs for candidates.
• Source, shortlist, screen and brief candidates via phone or in‑person conversations.
• Prepare candidate presentations and CV snapshots that highlight fit for each role.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling and travel arrangements when required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Career‑driven, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid residency or student visa for the United Arab Emirates.
