About the role

Fuller Technologies is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of its Ventomatic product line across the Middle East. This customer‑facing position will drive new business, strengthen key relationships, and expand market presence in one of the fastest‑growing cement and building‑materials regions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Middle East.
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with regional targets and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to create competitive, customized solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to spot trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and market dynamics.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in regional sales, preferably within cement, building materials, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
