Retail Data Analyst – Dubai

About the role

Hermès Middle East is seeking a Retail Data Analyst to deepen its understanding of client behaviour and business performance across its six stores in the region. The role blends customer‑centric analysis with operational insights, enabling the retail teams to enhance service, client experience, and overall retail excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports that analyse business performance, client journeys and spending patterns.
• Collaborate with Group and European Data Analytics teams to enrich dashboards with additional insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability through robust validation processes.
• Improve the quality of the customer database and coach retail teams on best practices for data capture.
• Analyse customer patterns, market trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decisions and CRM initiatives.
• Monitor retail KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, UPT, average basket) and propose actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to business reviews, strategic committees and management presentations with data‑driven narratives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Science, Data Analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience working with retail data, customer databases and performance metrics.
