Security Analyst – SOC (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Security Analyst to join our Security Operations Center in Dubai. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and involves monitoring security events, investigating incidents and supporting the overall cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security events using SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar or LogRhythm.
• Investigate, triage and escalate security incidents according to defined procedures.
• Review logs, alerts and threat‑intelligence feeds to detect suspicious activity.
• Support incident response and remediation activities, maintaining accurate case documentation.
• Monitor and manage security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and endpoint protection solutions.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Work within a 24/7 shift‑based environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, incident analysis, network operations or system administration.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CEH, CISSP, GCIH or GCIA are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm).
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP) and security monitoring.
• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and endpoint security solutions.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain frameworks.
