Security Officer – Luxury Serviced Apartments

About the role

The Security Officer will join the Security team at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence, a 41‑floor luxury serviced‑apartment tower in Dubai’s business district. The role focuses on safeguarding guests, staff and property while delivering a seamless, service‑oriented security experience.

Key responsibilities

• Report all incidents to the immediate supervisor and follow through until resolution.
• Monitor and control entrance access, restricting unauthorized entry and reporting breaches.
• Enforce departmental policies and stay updated on revisions.
• Coordinate with front‑office colleagues to manage traffic flow and unauthorized parking.
• Conduct full security, fire and life‑safety patrols, recording and reporting defects or irregularities.
