Senior Business Setup Consultant – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Setup Consultant to provide expert guidance to clients looking to establish or expand their operations in the UAE. You will work closely with businesses to navigate mainland, freezone, and offshore jurisdictions, ensuring smooth and compliant company formation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable company formation option (mainland, freezone, offshore) based on their objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the entire setup process, including documentation, licensing, and compliance with local authorities.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with client goals.
• Stay current on UAE business laws, government policies, and licensing regulations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining high satisfaction through effective communication.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular project status updates to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business consulting with a proven track record in mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
