Senior Interior Designer (Revit Required)

About the role

An established international design consultancy in Dubai is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex hospitality, healthcare and commercial interior projects. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from concept development to delivery and IFC documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept through delivery and IFC documentation.
• Develop and present conceptual design solutions, mood boards, material palettes and client presentations.
• Oversee space planning, FF&E coordination, material selection and technical detailing.
• Manage multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings, client presentations and design coordination workshops.
• Lead BIM coordination, Revit workflows and quality control of drawing packages.
• Ensure projects meet programme, budget, technical standards and client expectations.
• Review technical drawings and documentation to maintain design quality.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in hospitality, healthcare or commercial interior projects.
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong conceptual design, technical detailing and project coordination abilities.
• Advanced Revit proficiency with BIM coordination experience.
• Understanding of construction methods, technical documentation and delivery workflows.
• Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
