Senior IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior IT Specialist to design, implement and maintain intelligent automation and AI solutions that boost operational efficiency and ensure business continuity. The role blends deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to keep critical systems resilient in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy IT automation workflows and AI‑driven tools across infrastructure, support, cybersecurity and business operations.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing systems while maintaining security, compliance and scalability.
• Maintain servers, networks, cloud platforms and enterprise applications; monitor performance, availability and security.
• Manage backups, patching, upgrades and disaster‑recovery systems; develop and test business continuity plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, coordinate incident response and maintain documentation for continuity and recovery procedures.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including monitoring, access control, vulnerability management and threat response.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide technical guidance and training, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or enterprise IT support.
• Strong background with automation tools, scripting and workflow optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML technologies or intelligent automation platforms.
• Proven experience in business continuity planning and disaster‑recovery implementation.
