Senior Manufacturing Manager - Production

About the role

The Senior Manufacturing Manager leads daily plant operations to ensure reliable, consistent production while overseeing maintenance workshops. The role drives execution of operational plans, transformation road‑maps and continuous improvement initiatives across the cell.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver on safety, quality, delivery, cost & culture (SQDCC) metrics through effective leadership of cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and execute the cell’s operational roadmap, including capacity expansion, process improvement and capability building.
• Mentor teams on Lean principles, Kaizen events, problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement culture.
• Maintain optimal cell capacity, manpower planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Control variable cost expenditure and support yearly budget planning for the plant.
• Manage customer relationships and technical queries in partnership with engineering, services and project management.
• Lead Daily Management System (DMS) deployment, ensure adherence and effective performance management.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and CAPEX planning for gas‑turbine related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in gas‑turbine repairs and/or manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional production teams.
