Join a leading industry player in the natural stone and marble sector based in the UAE. As a Senior QS/Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial delivery of high-end, landmark projects, including luxury hospitality and prestigious commercial developments.

Missions principales

• Lead all commercial and cost management activities for stone and marble projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost reports.
• Oversee procurement processes, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration.
• Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Drive cost control and margin optimization throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and mitigate commercial risks and contractual issues.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, and overall project financial performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and UAE regulations.
• Mentor and manage the QS and commercial team members.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience working within the Middle East market.
• Deep expertise in natural stone, interior fit-out, and luxury finishes.
• Demonstrated track record on large-scale, high-end, or iconic interior projects.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
• Strong understanding of international construction contracts and commercial processes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
