Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are supporting a rapidly scaling deep‑tech organisation in Abu Dhabi that builds highly secure, next‑generation infrastructure for mission‑critical platforms at global scale. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will own reliability, automation, cloud infrastructure, and observability across a modern cloud‑native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate resilient, scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Drive automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code initiatives using Terraform and Ansible.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment reliability.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging and operational visibility with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and Loki.
• Support DevSecOps practices and enforce cloud security best practices.
• Lead incident response and drive reliability improvements for production systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience operating production‑scale cloud infrastructure.
• Background in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Expertise in automation and cloud‑native tooling.
• Proven track record improving reliability, observability and operational performance.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced engineering environments.
