Senior Sitecore Developer

About the role

DCX Transform is seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance Sitecore solutions. You will act as the technical bridge between designers, stakeholders, and business teams, turning requirements into polished, user‑centric digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain Sitecore solutions, including front‑end components and back‑end integrations.
• Build and configure Sitecore templates, renderings, pipelines, and workflows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel‑perfect, accessible front‑end experiences.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Contribute to project planning, sprint management, and delivery timelines.
• Own performance, scalability, and code quality across the Sitecore environment.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional development experience with substantial hands‑on Sitecore work.
• Sitecore certification (Developer level or higher).
• Strong back‑end expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET, Web API).
• Solid front‑end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React or Next.js preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Sitecore architecture, Helix principles, SXA, content trees, and personalization.
• Experience working directly with UX/UI designers in an agile environment.
• Strong business analysis ability to capture, refine, and challenge requirements.
