Senior Software Engineer (Python) – UAE

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join a fast‑growing AI startup in the Gulf region. You will work on cutting‑edge AI solutions that help enterprise clients automate and optimise their operations, seeing the impact of your work from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients and design end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Architect, build and deploy scalable Python systems, including data pipelines, LLM orchestration and agentic workflows.
• Deliver proof‑of‑concepts with clear, measurable outcomes and transition them to production.
• Own multiple client engagements simultaneously, handling imperfect data and evolving requirements.
• Write clean, production‑grade Python code that can be extended by other engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software or solutions engineering experience delivering real‑world applications.
• Strong expertise in Python as your primary development language.
• Hands‑on experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic systems, LLM integration and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to translate vague, non‑technical briefs into working systems.
• Comfortable engaging directly with senior client stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
