Senior System Engineer – Nol Digital Systems Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to design, implement and maintain secure, high‑performance infrastructure for the Nol digital ticketing ecosystem. The role ensures operational continuity, supports business integration and prepares the platform for future scalability within the RTA environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design infrastructure and solution architecture aligned with RTA’s technology strategy and integration needs.
• Perform capacity planning and performance forecasting to guarantee scalability and continuity.
• Maintain and support ACS infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted services and high system availability.
• Conduct routine health checks, API/SDK integrations, and coordinate with partners and vendors.
• Execute security controls, apply penetration‑test fixes and ensure audit compliance.
• Manage disaster recovery drills, backup/restore processes and produce quarterly KPI reports.
• Maintain Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for infrastructure resilience.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and resolution of technical incidents.
• Support knowledge transfer through system manuals, training and stakeholder liaison.
• Implement ISO 20000‑aligned IT service capabilities and assist project execution per PMO guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree, or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
