About the role
GHD is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join its Strategic and Critical Talent Acquisition team in Abu Dhabi. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the Middle East, shaping attraction strategies and driving organic growth while championing inclusion and diversity.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with management to develop short‑term and long‑term talent sourcing strategies for critical requisitions.
- Design and implement scalable recruitment processes that deliver high‑quality candidates from both active and passive markets.
- Advise hiring managers on all recruitment stages, providing data‑driven insights and managing candidate expectations.
- Conduct detailed pre‑screen interviews and assess candidates against defined competencies.
- Present regular recruitment updates to the team and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners to define critical qualifications and build future talent pipelines.
- Identify creative methods to attract top talent and act as a recruitment specialist.
- Lead inclusion and diversity initiatives and support training programs for hiring managers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior talent acquisition or recruitment partnership roles.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to recruitment.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, diversity, and best‑practice hiring processes.
