Service Coordinator – AMC Services Team

About the role

The Service Coordinator will ensure smooth service operations for the AMC Services Team in Dubai. Acting as the central communication hub, you will plan, schedule, and track preventive maintenance (PPM) activities while handling service requests to meet SLA commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule PPM activities according to the annual maintenance plan.
• Receive, log, and dispatch service requests via the ManageEngine portal.
• Monitor daily service activities to minimise client disruption.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, field engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Document work progress, update service records, and ensure closure of requests within SLA.
• Escalate high‑priority or unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
• Collaborate with procurement to secure materials for scheduled and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service coordination or operations management, preferably in real‑estate or facilities maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting.

Required skills

• ManageEngine portal usage for service request management.
• ADMCC technical documentation preparation according to ADMCC guidelines.
