Service Technician – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join Tesla’s Dubai service centre. You will work with a diverse range of Tesla vehicles, using specialised software and tools to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, repair and maintenance on all Tesla vehicle models using Tesla software and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Complete inspections and pre‑delivery checks to guarantee first‑time‑right fixes.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while progressing towards handling complex repairs autonomously.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices and improve the service experience.
• Participate in in‑house training and contribute knowledge to the team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in vehicle service or repair (automotive, aviation, marine or similar).
• Relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Clear and respectful communicator in English.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, mornings or evenings, and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic and repair tools.
• Ability to use specialised software for service operations.
