About the role
The Specialist, Digital Channels & Payments Support will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital channel and payments platforms. You will ensure reliable, secure transactions and a seamless customer experience while aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain availability and stability of all digital channel and payments applications.
- Manage incidents from detection through resolution, performing root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Execute change and release management processes with minimal business disruption.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, SOPs, and governance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver services.
- Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimisation.
- Support resilience planning, risk mitigation, and business‑continuity activities.
- Contribute to the evolution of digital channels and payments platforms to meet changing business and customer needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in managing digital channels, payments systems, or similar IT platforms.
- Proven ability to handle incident management, change control, and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
