Talent Acquisition Specialist – French Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

OTIS is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French to join our recruitment team in Dubai. You will play a key role in attracting top talent for our elevator, escalator and moving walkway business, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Source candidates via social platforms, professional networks and job boards.
• Coordinate the full interview cycle, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews.
• Utilise Workday ATS to assess candidates and maintain accurate records.
• Organise and represent OTIS at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Generate recruitment analytics and dashboards for leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships.
• Prepare and issue offer letters for new hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proven full‑cycle recruiting expertise across diverse roles.

Required skills

• Workday (Applicant Tracking System).
• Experience with other ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in using social media and professional networking sites for talent sourcing.
