Team Leader, Loyalty Program Operations

About the role

The Team Leader, Loyalty Program Operations will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the ADNOC Rewards loyalty program. This role ensures smooth execution, continuous improvement, and data‑driven optimisation of the platform to boost customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the loyalty platform and related technologies, handling configuration changes, campaign set‑up, raffle set‑up, data hygiene and UAT.
• Manage enrolment, tier management, points accrual, redemptions and rewards distribution.
• Lead change‑management processes using JIRA and coordinate partner operations, invoicing and policy enforcement.
• Monitor fraud, generate alerts and work with digital stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Track and analyse program metrics, produce insights, reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with digital, CRM, marketing, sales and customer service teams to integrate systems and launch enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities and streamline operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in loyalty program management or similar customer‑relationship initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
