Technology Associate

About the role

As a Technology Associate you will embark on a one‑year development programme within Emirates Group IT, gaining hands‑on experience across AI, cloud, cybersecurity and software engineering. You will work alongside senior engineers, receive mentorship and contribute to solutions that support Emirates’ global aviation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks to design, develop, implement and maintain scalable technology solutions.
• Analyse business and system requirements and assist in technical design.
• Configure, test and deploy solutions in a collaborative team environment.
• Research, diagnose and troubleshoot system or application issues, escalating when necessary.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Participate in unit testing, validation and quality‑assurance activities under senior guidance.
• Support the maintenance of technology playbooks, standards and governance artefacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of exposure to current technologies through coursework or internships.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and collaborative mindset.
