About the role
The Telecom Invoicing Manager is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end invoicing process for telecom services, ensuring that all client and project invoices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. This role works closely with operations, project teams, and finance to guarantee that billing reflects contractual agreements and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue monthly telecom invoices for clients and projects.
- Validate billing data against contracts, service records, and project information.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to confirm billing details.
- Maintain invoicing records, documentation, and update the ERP system.
- Track invoice submissions, follow up on outstanding payments, and support payment reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and telecom billing standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in invoicing or billing, preferably within the telecom industry.
- Proven experience handling invoicing for telecom clients or companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and billing processes.
