Trainer / Facilitator – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

Envision Lab, a KHDA‑approved applied learning institute in Dubai, is seeking experienced UAE nationals to join its network of freelance facilitators. You will deliver simulation‑based, custom‑designed training programmes for government, semi‑government and private sector clients across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver training sessions for professional and government audiences on a project‑by‑project basis.
• Adapt content to match client needs in leadership, strategy, AI, digital transformation and other focus areas.
• Collaborate with Envision Lab’s project teams to ensure high‑quality learning outcomes.
• Maintain availability for on‑call engagements with reasonable lead time.

Required profile

• Based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven facilitation or training delivery experience with professional or government audiences.
• Strong command of Arabic.
• Relevant certifications or advanced qualifications in the chosen domain (preferred).
• Willingness to work on project‑based assignments.
