VC Senior Associate

About the role

Inflection Club is a private co‑investment community that gives accredited investors direct access to pre‑IPO deals in AI, robotics, longevity and next‑generation infrastructure. As a VC Senior Associate you will sit at the centre of the investment engine, managing deals from initial screening through diligence, memo preparation, investment committee presentation and SPV close.

Key responsibilities

• Screen inbound deals, conduct first‑screen calls and triage opportunities against the firm’s thesis.
• Maintain the deal tracker as the single source of truth for the investment team.
• Support the Director of Investments to achieve a pipeline target of at least three qualified deals per quarter, scaling to five later in the year.
• Build proprietary deal flow through VC syndicates, angel networks, founder relationships and family‑office co‑investors.
• Lead end‑to‑end diligence using institutional VC frameworks, build financial models, and pressure‑test founder assumptions.
• Produce investment memos of institutional quality for presentation to the Investment Committee.
• Co‑present deals to the Investment Committee and manage the SPV formation process.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a venture fund, investment bank or high‑velocity strategic finance team.
• Demonstrated ability to own deals, conduct diligence and manage relationships.
• Ready to step up to a senior‑level responsibility and report directly to the Director of Investments.
• Regular exposure to the Investment Committee and ability to work independently.
