Vice Principal – Male Campus, MZ Campus (Western Region)

About the role

The ADNOC Schools group is seeking a Vice Principal for the Male Campus at its Madinat Zayed (MZ) location in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. The role starts in August 2026 and will support the school’s vision of delivering a 21st‑century, US Massachusetts/Common Core curriculum using modern technology and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate a clear purpose and core values to all stakeholders.
• Motivate staff and students to foster a shared learning culture.
• Lead strategic planning to ensure teaching excellence and high achievement.
• Translate the school’s vision into measurable targets and operational plans.
• Collaborate with the Principal on the school’s development plan and monitor outcomes.
• Enhance the school’s profile in the community and build collaborative partnerships.
• Drive standards in attendance, academic progress, and inclusive learning environments.
• Participate in quality assurance activities such as lesson observations, staff interviews, and faculty reviews.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international school settings (UK, USA or comparable).
• Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness, able to engage with boards, parents, teachers and principals.
• Excellent communication skills and a visible ambassadorial presence.
• Strategic thinker committed to UAE education vision and group collaboration.
• Alignment with the school’s core values and regional cultural appreciation.
