Web Developer & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer & SEO Specialist to enhance our digital presence. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our website while driving organic traffic and qualified leads through effective SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the company website with a focus on user experience.
• Implement responsive front‑end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage website content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Maintain and optimise MySQL databases for performance.
• Execute on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor rankings on Google, Bing, etc.
• Plan, launch, and manage SEM and PPC campaigns (Google Ads and other platforms).
• Monitor website analytics, generate performance reports, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve online visibility and lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, Front‑End Developer, or SEO Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS development (WordPress preferred).
• Experience managing MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Understanding of technical SEO, on‑page SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
