Workflow Designer

About the role

Brainlake is seeking a Workflow Designer to help enterprise and government clients optimise their operational workflows, service experiences and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover current processes, identify improvement opportunities and design smarter, more efficient future‑state workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders.
• Analyse existing operational workflows, business processes and service experiences.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements across digital, AI and automation initiatives.
• Create workflow diagrams, service flows, customer journeys and operational documentation.
• Support the design of future‑state operational and customer experiences.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear, implementation‑ready specifications.
• Collaborate with strategy, CX, UX and technical teams on transformation projects.
• Present findings, recommendations and workflow concepts to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, service design, workflow design, digital transformation or operational consulting.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience mapping workflows, customer journeys or operational processes.
• Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly.
• Understanding of workflow optimisation and operational improvement principles in digital environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in fast‑paced settings.
• Experience with enterprise or government clients is a plus.
