About the role

We are looking for an on‑site engineer to supervise and guide the installation and testing of solar tracker systems for Trina Tracker, a division of Trina Solar. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and involves close cooperation with EPC contractors to ensure successful commissioning of photovoltaic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide on‑site POT (Proof of Test) testing, micropile works and tracker upper‑structure installation.
• Coordinate with EPC teams during tracker installation and acceptance procedures.
• Perform tracker commissioning, troubleshoot issues and ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate installation and commissioning records and manage related documentation and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Photovoltaic, New Energy or a related field.
• Previous experience working on photovoltaic projects.
• Familiarity with solar modules and tracker technology.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficient use of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
