Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control Engineer ensures that all equipment, including cabins and generators, meets the required specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements across yard and project sites. The role supports inspections, documentation, and compliance activities to deliver consistent quality throughout operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of QA/QC procedures across yard and project sites.
• Conduct routine inspections of cabins, generators, and related equipment before dispatch and after return.
• Monitor site installations to verify compliance with approved standards.
• Identify defects and non‑conformities, report them, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records such as inspection reports, test results, and checklists.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Verify equipment readiness and functionality prior to deployment.
• Assist in quality audits and ensure adherence to internal processes.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality of incoming materials.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in rental, construction, or equipment‑based operations.
• Basic understanding of cabins, generators, or similar equipment.
• Experience in the UAE is an advantage.
