About the role
haus & haus, an award‑winning real estate agency in Dubai, is expanding its Holiday & Short‑Term Rentals team. We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and its landlords, ensuring smooth communication and high‑level service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate face‑to‑face meetings and facilitate exchanges between landlords and internal teams.
- Negotiate additional properties to maximise profitability and retain business year over year.
- Cross‑sell services from other haus & haus departments.
- Handle landlord queries promptly and professionally, often under high pressure.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
- Resilient, proactive and able to work independently.
- Problem‑solving attitude and strategic mindset.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Experience in holiday home rentals is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
