About the role
Rapyd is looking for an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with enterprise customers across its global payments platform. The role focuses on upselling, cross‑selling and delivering strategic solutions to C‑level stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, targeting upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Negotiate enterprise‑level contracts with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
- Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with stakeholders at all customer levels, proactively addressing needs and concerns.
- Gain deep understanding of assigned accounts’ business landscape, Rapyd’s FinTech‑as‑a‑Service solutions, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Educate customers on the benefits, use cases and value proposition of Rapyd’s products and the broader payments ecosystem.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training, self‑study and industry research.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics set by management.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise account management or a strategic sales role, preferably within FinTech.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas and driving account growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Experience negotiating complex deals and building relationships with C‑level executives globally.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable account strategies.
- Continuous learner committed to staying current with industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
