About the role
As an Account Manager for the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia region, you will be based at our regional hub in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will drive customer engagement, integrate cross‑functional teams, and use strong commercial acumen to support Rolls‑Royce’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement customer account strategies, using the Customer Hub to enforce account‑management discipline.
- Administer contracts to deliver value, resolve disputes, and manage contract risks in line with compliance policies.
- Deliver revenue and cash plans, work with Finance Business Partners, and manage profit opportunities against budget.
- Build and maintain primary relationships with airline customers, representing their needs within Rolls‑Royce and expanding the customer base.
- Set and achieve customer satisfaction targets, collaborating with Services, Engineering and other functions to maintain high NPS scores.
- Validate business forecasts and ensure the quality of regional inputs.
Required profile
- Degree in a technical or numerate discipline.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role such as Customer Management, Services, or a related function.
