Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Careem is looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of restaurant partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will be the main point of contact, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction across both food‑delivery and DineOut segments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for restaurant partners, handling daily queries and ensuring high Partner NPS.
• Drive order volume and revenue growth for food‑delivery and DineOut services.
• Negotiate and manage partner visibility discounts, promotional funding, and CPC advertising placements.
• Monitor core operational KPIs such as wait‑time ratio, cancellation rates, outlet availability, and stock compliance.
• Optimize merchant store pages by managing pricing, images, descriptions, and menu layouts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Finance to execute joint growth strategies and resolve account‑level blockers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in sales or account management with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong commitment to customer service and alignment with Careem’s core values of boldness, focus, agility, and collaboration.
