Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be the primary point of contact for restaurant and vendor partners in Abu Dhabi, helping them maximise their performance on the platform and grow sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to provide data‑driven recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions and delivery logistics.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase order volume.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics and Operations to resolve issues and support partner onboarding.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in account management, sales or partner success, preferably in food tech, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
