Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships for Jewelry & Watch Events

About the role

As an Account Manager for RX Middle East, you will focus on securing strategic partnerships, attracting sponsors and exhibitors, and expanding the International Jewelry and Watch Shows (JWS) presence across the GCC market. You will drive commercial growth, build key relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners for the JWS events.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the jewelry, watch, apparel and other retail sectors.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.
• Represent the International Jewelry and Watch Shows at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the events industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional business practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
