Accountant – Dubai (Food & Beverage Retail)

About the role

Cocolily Chocolates, a fast‑growing food & beverage and retail brand, is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on daily accounting operations, VAT compliance, and financial reporting within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities, including invoice processing and expense recording.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with VAT filings, payroll processing, and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to support smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 4,500 to AED 6,500 per month.
