Accountant – Dubai (Russian/English)

About the role

Zivian & Co. is urgently hiring an Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The position is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are fluent in Russian and English and wish to develop their accounting career in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and basic FTA filing requirements.
• Process accounting transactions using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
• Support daily finance and accounting operations while maintaining data accuracy.

Required profile

• Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
• Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, FTA compliance, and tax filings.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
