Accountant – Umm Al Quwain

About the role

Line Prefab Houses Industry LLC is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on accurate financial record‑keeping, reporting and compliance with local VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, ledgers and accounts using Tally ERP/Prime.
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and internal financial procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers and clients on financial matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience; UAE experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Good English communication skills.
• Based in Umm Al Quwain or willing to relocate.
