About the role
Amazon is seeking an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist to join its MEATR operations team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on developing and standardising transportation processes that impact customer, shipper and operator experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain operational standards for OTR and UTR operations.
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement fixes.
- Analyse key metrics and drive process‑based actions to improve performance.
- Own system configurations related to transportation operations.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
